Assalam-o-Alaikum, welcome to Fahmi’s Kitchen Today we are making a flavorful and moist carrot cake which is much more delicious and healthy than a regular sponge cake You can serve it in any of your high tea parties and if your kids don’t like carrots, you can make it for them

This cake is very easy and quick to make, anyone can make it easily So let’s start the recipe without wasting any more time First of all, we will take 100 grams of butter We have to take the butter at room temperature

We will beat it a little so that it becomes a little fluffy Now I am adding half cup of powdered sugar I have ground the sugar that we normally use in a mixer Now we will beat these two ingredients well

After this, we will add 3 eggs and we have to add the eggs one by one First we will add one egg and beat it so that it becomes a little fluffy And we have to use eggs of room temperature We don’t have to use eggs from the refrigerator

It can spoil our batter And then we will add the second egg We will beat it the same way And then we will add the third egg at the end And we will beat it so that it becomes a little fluffy And it is not necessary that you use a beater

You can also use a hand whisker It will be whisked easily And now I am adding 1 tsp of cinnamon powder It gives a very nice flavor to the carrot cake So you don’t have to skip it You have to add it Now we will beat it again

And now I am adding half tbsp of vanilla essence Along with that, we will add 1 tsp of baking powder We will mix these two things I have taken 1 cup of all-purpose flour And I have sieved it So first we will add a little and fold it in the batter

While making any cake, when you add all-purpose flour Sieve it beforehand Otherwise, lumps can form Now I will add a little more all-purpose flour And I will fold it again And the remaining all-purpose flour I will tell you later what to do And after adding all-purpose flour

We don’t have to beat it much We just have to fold the all-purpose flour in the batter Now the remaining all-purpose flour I will add chopped almonds to it And along with that, I will add chopped walnuts to it And we will mix these two things So that the all-purpose flour

Coats the almonds and walnuts well And now we will add it to the cake batter And fold it By coating the dry fruits in all-purpose flour When we bake the cake The dry fruits don’t sit below In fact, they get mixed well in the batter And when we eat the cake later

We get proper bites Now I am adding a quarter cup of milk to it And I will mix it I have taken the milk at room temperature Now I will add 1.5 cups of grated carrots to it And I will fold it in the batter Here we have to fold it well

So that the carrots get folded well in the batter So that during baking We don’t have any problem So now our carrot cake batter is ready Here I have taken an 8-inch baking pan And I have greased it with oil And I have put butter paper on it

So now we will put the batter in it And we will keep tapping it like this So that all the extra air comes out Because it is necessary to remove the air like this Because if there is air left in it When the cake is baked There will be holes in it

And our cake will not be baked properly I have preheated the oven at 180 degrees So now I will keep it to bake In the preheated oven For about 35 to 40 minutes So it took 35 minutes To bake this cake Whenever you bake the cake

Make sure to check after half an hour With a toothpick If it comes out clean, then the cake is baked So now we will separate the corners And now We will cut the pieces Our very delicious and moist Carrot cake is ready Do try it Both kids and adults will love it
