Ingredients

3 oz tuna in olive oil
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 small/medium red onion
1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, onion, olive oil tuna.

In a small bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste).

Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine and serve.

2. Cabbage Tuna Salad with Carrot

Ingredients

1/2 cup cabbage
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
6 cherry tomatoes
1 oz feta cheese
3 oz tuna in olive oil

1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing to combine.

6 olives
3 oz tuna in olive oil

1/2 cup lettuce
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots

2 Spinach leaves
6 Olives

1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

  1. Love salads! Going to try these just with some Tu'Nah plant based tuna as as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the mercury, PCBs and DDT found in fish. Thanks for sharing
