How you guys doing today this is Derek house with dhftns docomo pumpkin pancakes I’m starving so let’s make These the first thing you’re going to want to do is take out either a food processor or a blender as you guys can see I’m using a blender we’re just going to put all of our ingredients into that and then blend them together just to make things a lot easier and quicker two

Things I want to recommend to you guys guys one a mini blender if you don’t have one of these they’re really portable quick to use Quick to clean and they’re great for recipes and two a digital food scale which can weigh in grams or ounces it’s only around $25

They come in a bunch of colors and this thing has lasted me for around I think 5 years now or so so they’re very durable I will post links to both of these products Down Below in the description now that you have your food processor or

Blender out we’re going to put in our first ingredient which is half a cup or 40 G of rolled oat one large egg two large egg whites if you want to cut down on the fats you can use three large egg whites instead a four of teaspoon of vanilla

Extract half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon half a teaspoon of baking powder one scoop or 30 G of vanilla protein powder the type of protein you use doesn’t matter you can use whey caseine soy or like I’m using egg protein around 1 to two packets of sweetener if the protein powder you’re

Using is already Sweet you may not even need the sweetener in the recipe A4 a cup or around 57 G of fat-free cottage cheese if you don’t like the taste of cottage cheese you cannot taste the cottage cheese at all in on this recipe so don’t worry about that all the

Cottage cheese is going to do is add some protein to the recipe and thicken your pancakes up a bit and last half a cup or 120 g of pure pumpkin I like to shake it up a bit before I blend it once you do that just process or blend everything

Together take out a pan put your burner on medium heat and spray your pan with some non-stick cooking spray After around 2 to 3 minutes flip them Over and after around another 2 to 3 minutes on that side they should be done as for the calories in the whole recipe the there’s 432 only 8 G of fat 41 G of carbs 9 G of fiber and 49 g of protein in there are your protein pumpkin

Pancakes as you guys saw the pancakes are done so now I’m just going to go ahead and try it for you guys it pretty much tastes like a pumpkin pie cake made into small pancakes if that makes any sense they’re really fluffy moist absolutely delicious if you

Like pumpkin at all you will love this recipe this is one of my favorite pancake recipes to make I like to top mine with some sugar-free syrup and a little bit of ground cinnamon however you can pretty much put anything you want on top of these and they’ll taste

  6. I made these but substituted banana for pumpkin. excited to try with pumpkin. good recipe bro, very impressed. the taste is very good and the macros are very favorable, I got 6 medium pancakes out of this and topped them with chocolate peanut butter.

  8. This is absolutely amazing. I substituted banana for pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon. I also used chocolate protein powder instead. I have never had protein pancakes this good.

  9. Eating these everyday for a week. Yummy. I’m a woman so I just made 1/2 and saved the rest for meal prep breakfast πŸ₯ž

  10. Ok so… not sure what went wrong here. I did substitute the oat flour for coconut flour. And used 3 liquid egg whites. But the batter turned out really thick. Tried adding some almond milk to thin it out but still too thick and the pancakes fell apart.
BUT I decided to now waste the batter. So i through it on some parchment paper and baked it. Made a thin, giant pancake that tasted like pumpkin pie. Thanks for this one! Love pumpkin stuff!
