Tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of pepper paste, chili pepper, black pepper, salt, cumin, 4 cups of green lentils (boiled), 10 cloves of garlic. For Bashemal sauce; 1 liter of milk, 2.5 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of butter. First, I prepare the ingredients for our cabbage.

We chop the onion, capia pepper, green pepper and parsley. We put the tomato paste in a bowl, reserve some of the garlic (for the meatballs), and add salt, black pepper, chili pepper, cumin and garlic to the tomato paste. We add some water and mix thoroughly. We grate our cheddar cheese.

We put 2 cups of boiled lentils into the blender and add some oil to grind the lentils better in the blender. We add the lentils I took out of the blender into the minced meat. I add the spices. I knead the minced meat mixture thoroughly with chili pepper, black pepper, salt, cumin,

Parsley, garlic and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I put all the ingredients on a baking tray lined with baking paper. First, I put chopped capia pepper, parsley, green pepper, carrot and onion at the bottom of the tray. I pour the cabbage and tomato paste and mix well.

I add green lentils to the mixed ingredients and spread them on the tray. I add cheddar cheese on it. I spread the green lentil meatballs that we blended before on the cheddar cheese. I leave this aside. To prepare Bashemal sauce; I add 2.5 tablespoons of flour and a full tablespoon of butter to

The pot. I put the pot on the stove and roasted it. I add 1 liter of milk to the roasted baza sauce and stir very quickly until it boils. When it boils, we reduce the fire and cook for another 5 minutes. We pour the bazemal sauce we prepared over our meatballs.

I add another layer of cheddar cheese to the Bashemal sauce and put it in the oven. I bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Our oven dish with cabbage and meatballs is ready. This is my recipe. I definitely recommend it. It is a very delicious and practical dish.
