This is a healthier version of deep-fried breadcrumb coated chicken, baked in an oven in about 15 minutes. Can’t think of a better way to end the week.

Awesome. Got to try this!
I never thought about toasting breadcrumbs. It makes sense!
Am I the only one who removes the sinews out of those?
Love that this isn’t fried
Did she say 15 minutes?
Crippytickententrs
🤔 Did she say 50 minutes?????
How would you marinate the chicken if you had a few hours or extra day for it?
What temp to bake?
Oven temp?
Temp is kind of important don't you think???
I spent an entire week trying to get the recipe right. I had no idea that the egg, the flower and the Bread crumbs were all supposed to be separate. In retrospect I should have figured that out at first. Thank you for showing me how to probably do this!
Do I put like egg or smth in the pan while frying the crumbs?
Can it be whole wheat flower?
oven temperature is 465° F. (from the website.)
What is this ? Where is the part where you remove the connective tissue. As a matter of fact you left it in 😂
She say 15 or 50 min?
