동아시아는 저 마블링 땜에 건강상에 심각한 문제가 생길 듯. 일본 와규는 지나치게 극단적.
소 지방은 동물성 지방중에 가장 소화가 안 되는 줄만 알아라. 50대 이후 세대에서 혈관 터져서 죽는 이들 많어. 저게 다 노폐물인데.. 지방이 적은 소고기가 좋은 줄 알자 좀.
다른 나라들은 저런 식으로 안 하거든. 봐 같은 아시아국가들도 그런 고기 안 올리는…
맛이 좋은게 건강에 안 좋은 줄만 알아라. 한국 일본 대만 극단적이구만…

It's crazy when you watch a video and you believe everything. This may happen in 1 restaurant and not every restaurant in the country. I eat like this in the USA but in Vietnam. That steak would feed a family of 4 lunch and dinner. I have in Vietnam for 6 years. I couldn't find a steak like it. 🤣🤣🤣
