Mash potatoes (I didn’t add anything to mash but you can)
1 onion (depending on how many potatoes you make, use your judgement)
1 cup of chopped spinach (or more!)
Cook onions half way and throw the spinach in with it for the rest of the cook time.
Mix together with mashed potatoes and add a little bit of vegetable broth/ a tad bit of nutritional yeast if desired and some garlic powder. (Or use whole garlic, I didn’t have any)
Roll them into balls with your hands and put them in the air fryer.
I cook mine about 22 minutes but every air fryer is different.
Kids love making these and eating them!
You should be left with a crisp outside and delicious inside.
