here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup chopped raw broccoli florets
1/4 cup diced red capsicum (bell pepper)
1 tbsp red onion
1/4 cup diced apple
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds

tahini dressing:
2 heaped tbsp plain greek yoghurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tahini
lemon juice or white wine vinegar
garlic powder, salt + pepper
