Start by dicing the peppers. You could also dice an onion or shallot. Cook them in avocado oil; move to side of skillet and add ground meat. Season to taste as you cook. Drain oil.
Before serving, melt cheeses into the mix and toss it with Buffalo sauce. Serve with an avocado or dollop of guacamole. Super easy, high fat, plenty of protein…very satisfying!

Gonna do Keto starting January and shit like this is why I’m dreading it again. I get bored of food very quickly and I always end up making this variation. Meat/Cheese/Avocados.
I’m sure it tasted fine. but man….getting bored already .
