This recipe is one of my family favorites and I am so excited to be able to share it with you today!
I serve the eggplant as part of a first course with other salads and dips. It goes great with bread/Challah!

Ingredients:
– 3 Medium eggplants
– Oil for frying
– 1 Bunch cilantro
– 4 Garlic cloves
– 1 Tbsp tomato paste
– 1 Lemon
– 1 Cup water
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt

Today I’m going to make Moroccan eggplant with my twist any vegetable oil slicing the eggplant that’s how it should be not very thick not very thin put all the eggplants F the eggplant 3 minutes on each side we move as much as possible this oil three to four garlic cilantro
