Here is recipe for almond bread which I loved so I might as well share it. It is very tasty and can be used both as sweet and salty dish. The taste is neutral and pleasant at the same time – not sweet at all which I appreciate at this type of food (many sold keto breads are too sweet, yuck).

**Ingredients:**

4 table spoons of almond flour

2 table spoons of water

1 egg

2 table spoons of mayo

very small amount of baking powder

1/3 tea spoon of salt

1/3 tea spoon of caraway seeds

a bit of butter for greasing the plates

**Method**:

Mix all ingredients except butter in a bowl. Heat up the waffle maker. Technical remark – I used this one:

Smear the butter over the heated plates and pour in the dough. Wait 10 minutes, then turn the breads around and wait another 5 minutes. Afterwards take breadies out and let them rest a bit.
