👩🏻🍳[Korean Chicken Fingers and Creamy Avocado Salad]_2 portions
• 1 small avo (180g)
• 1/3C water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 clove garlic
• Salt & Pepper
• 3C shredded lettuce
• 8-10 chicken fingers
• 2 Tbsp gochujang
• 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 2 Tbsp Ketchup
• 1/4C water
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 2 tsp sesame seeds

For a week night post-workout meal I made Korean Fried Chicken style chicken fingers with creamy avocado lettuce salad for the creamy avocado dressing let’s take avocado water olive oil lemon juice maple syrup garlic and salt and pepper blend into smooth next up for the Korean fried chicken sauce we’re going
To take Kang ketchup maple syrup some water garlic stir and simmer to reduce a nice Saucy consistency now we’re going to take some frozen chicken fingers and bake until nice and crispy we’re just about done chop up some roma lettuce and then toss it in the creamy avocado
Dressing from earlier evenly coat the chicken fingers and the sauce let’s bring everything together on the bed of the salad top it up with the chicken and a Sprinkle of sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds one perfect bite this combo you guys with the sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken fingers
And then the creamy avocado lettuce they just balance each other out so perfectly
