Risotto with Porcini and Asparagus.. It might be a little more liquid. What you think? Aromas are amazing though.. I love making risotto..

Looks great. Can’t tell the size of the bowl from the photo buy using the grains of rice for scale it looks like a huge portion. Risotto is usually dense and flavorful, served as antipasto in a small portion, a few bites.
