Ham and cheese roll-up

    Ingredients:
    – Slice of ham
    – Slice(s) of cheese

    Cookware:
    – Pan
    – Spatula or meat press

    Directions:
    Place ham on plate or cutting board. Place cheese slice(s) in middle of ham. Roll ham with cheese into log-shape. Transfer to hot pan. Use meat press or spatula to press down on ham to ensure even browning. Heat until cheese is melted or desired crispiness of ham is achieved. Enjoy.
    *Optional* Substitute other choice of meat such as roast beef
