Ingredients:
-2 cups plant-based or regular milk
-1 cup plant-based or regular Greek yogurt
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-2 scoops plant/based or other protein powder
-2 ripe bananas
-1 tbs honey
-1 tbs milled flax seed
-1 tbs chia seed
-1 tsp vanilla
