Ingredients:
– 3 eggs at room temperature
– 175g self raising flour, sifted
– 1 tsp baking powder, sifted
– 175g baking butter
– 175g caster sugar
– 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp golden syrup + extra for drizzling on top

To make:
– Add flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and butter to a bowl. Beat for approx 3 mins until fluffy.
– Add the yogurt and syrup and fold in.
– Transfer to a baking tin and place into the oven for 30 mins, or until the skewer comes out clean.
– Drizzle with a generous amount of syrup and enjoy warm!
