Hey everybody today I’m making pasta Alla Norma number two and today I’m making it special by adding red wine into our sauce but I put the eggplant later on okay with the spaghetti we’re going to have so I’ve got over here going our onion and I’m going to add into our onion
One minced so we have a couple of cloves of garlic going and with that because I want to get the flavor going here so we don’t want to burn the garlic we want the garlic in there cuz the onions are already nice and translucent don’t want to burn the garlic
Okay and then I’m going to add before I put the tomatoes in we’re making a tomato sauce for our pastal nor right I’m throwing in some basil all right fresh basil I love fresh basil I hope all of you do
