    Why’d you delete and repost the same image within an hour? This is my feedback:

    I don’t think you need the roe on the outside of the omelette. Seems gratuitous and doesn’t look good IMO. Maybe a few lightly dressed greens or finely minced chives instead. The omelette could be a little tighter/neater but I bet it tastes delicious.
