Your cucumber add it to a bowl with yogurt minced garlic fresh dill optionally some lemon zest and Juice salt pepper and olive oil give it a good mix and then gradually add water and stir it until you have a soupy consistency serve it up with some ground walnuts and fresh dill and enjoy
