3-4 lbs of boneless pork ribs
Tablespoons of garlic powder and pepper
Teaspoon of salt
Half stick of butter
1 cup of sugar free BBQ sauce
1 cup wood chips (cherry or hickory)
Simmer the ribs completely submerged in water with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder for an hour, also soak a cup of wood chips in water for an hour.
After the hour simmer, take the ribs out and put in a pan with the butter and BBQ sauce mixed well. Put them in the oven along with a small chip pan(see near the element) to hold the wood chips. Put the ribs middle rack and the chips on the lower rack
Bake 30 mins at 325f covered, then 30 mins uncovered, then flip then and bring the oven temp all the way down to 170f. Also, move the chip pan as close as safely possible to the element or burner then after another 30 mins, turn the heat off and let them finish as the oven cools.

I would advise against smoking wood chips in your house. Unless you have very good ventilation and an exhaust system, even with both of those, it is stinky and possibly dangerous.
