Fluffy Donuts and Italian Bomboloni | ASMR Baking

These are the fluffiest airy and delicious donuts which you can glaze or fill with whatever you wish!

INGREDIENTS:

130 ml Warm Milk
50 g Sugar
7 g Active Dry Yeast
1 Egg
300 g Bread Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
50 g Unsalted Butter (if using salted butter then reduce the salt to 1/8 tsp)

Chocolate Glaze:
50 g Dark Chocolate
25 g Butter
2 tbsp Honey or another sweetener of your choice
