Ingredients:

Choux Pastry:
♥ Water 200ml
♥ Salt 4g
♥ Unsalted butter 80g
♥ 4 large eggs
♥ Flour 120g

Cream Filling:
♥ Milk 450ml
♥ Vanilla extract 1 tsp
♥ 4 egg yolks
♥ Sugar 100g
♥ Corn starch 30g
♥ Unsalted butter 25g

♥ Heavy cream 250ml
♥ Powdered sugar 20g

♡ Servings: 35 puffs (3cm diameter before baking)
♡ Preheated oven to 200°C / 392°F .
♡ Bake 10 min 200°C (392°F) — 15 min 180°C (356°F) — 5 min 160°C (320°F) — 5 min chill in the oven
♡ During baking, do not open the oven! Otherwise the eclairs will fall off

Hello my friends! Today we’re going to make delicious cream puffs with vanilla cream But before we start please subscribe and like this video Your support is very important ♡ Water 200g Unsalted butter 80g Salt 4g Melt over medium heat and simmer for 20 seconds Then turn off the heat Add flour 120g

Mix well Turn the heat back on and fry the dough for 2 minutes Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool slightly 4 eggs Gradually add eggs to the dough The dough should be in the shape of a V If your dough is more denser, add 1 more egg yolk

If you don’t have a piping bag, you can pipe the dough with a spoon Spread some dough under the baking paper to prevent it from slipping I use a 3cm diameter mold and flour to mark the places for the dough Wet your finger or spoon and smooth the dough

Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake 10 min 200°C , then 15 min 180°C after that 5 min 160°C and let the cakes chill in the oven for about 5 min Never open the oven while baking! Milk 450ml + vanilla extract 1tsb Heat the milk until hot but do not boil

4 egg yolks Sugar 100g Stir until the yolks lighten Add corn starch 30g Add half a glass of warm milk and stir Pour this mixture into the bulk of the milk Heat over medium heat until thickened. Stir continuously When you see bubbles, stir for another 30 seconds and turn off the heat

Transfer to a bowl Add unsalted butter 25g and mix Cover the cream tightly with cling film and refrigerate until completely cool Very cold heavy cream 250ml Powdered sugar (or regular sugar) 20g Whisk until thick After the pastry cream is completely cool whisk it again Gradually add whipped cream

You can use any method of filling the cakes, which I will show you below If you don’t have a piping bag you can use a spoon Sprinkle with powdered sugar You can also cut the cake not all the way, but 2/3 These cakes are very tender and perfect for any occasion!
