10 or 2 lbs potatoes red or preferred
5 garlic cloves + oil for browning / roasting
4 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz boursin cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup half & half
6 bacon strips chopped
3 – 4 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
2 tsp chives chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
