These garlic mashed potatoes will be passed around the table a few times for sure. Creamy, rich, garlicky, buttery mashed up potatoes. This is a great side dish for pretty much any meal.

Ingredients
3 pounds of russet potatoes (cut, washed & peeled )
3-4 Tbsp of butter
3/4 cup of whole warm milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 head of garlic peeled & separated
1/2 Olive oil

Tips
Warm whole milk or cream
Cook potatoes until very tender
You can use Yukon potato
Add milk in batches to control consistency of potato
Cook garlic for 5 minutes then remove from heat
Mash up the garlic making kind of a paste and add it to the mashed potato
Add a few Tbsp of the garlic oil to the potatoes
