Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken stock:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Water 2 ½ liters
Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper whole 8-10
Onion (cube cut) 1 cup
Garlic 2-3 cloves

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Oil 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken (cubes) 500 g
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Potato Soup Preparation:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Potato cubes 2 cups
All-Purpose Flour 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 ½ liter
Milk 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Fried chicken chunks

Directions for Chicken Stock Preparation:
1. In a deep pot add water, chicken wings, salt, black peppercorns, onion, garlic and cook for 30 mins. Remove the scum. Now separate the chicken and veggies from stock and reserve the stock for later use.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and add chicken chunks. Cook until chicken changes color.
3. Now add black pepper, salt and soya sauce. Cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Soup Preparation:
4. In a pot heat oil and garlic. Cook for a minute add then add onion. Cook until translucent.
5. Now add potatoes cook for 2-3 minutes. Add flour and mix it well.
6. Now add stock and milk mix it well. Add all salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and cook for 15-20 minutes or until potato gets soft.
7. Now mash the potatoes lightly and add cream. Cook for 1 minute.
8. At last add chicken chunks and mix it well.
9. Now dish it out and serve. Your Potato Soup is ready.
