食材:
罐头鹰嘴豆 240克、芹菜 60克、胡萝卜 60克、苹果 60克、
洋葱 60克、纯素蛋黄酱 2汤匙、芥末 1茶匙、柠檬汁 1汤匙、
鹰嘴豆粘液 ¼杯、海盐 ¼茶匙、芥末 ¼茶匙、苹果醋 1½茶匙、
枫糖浆 1-3茶匙、葵花籽油 ¾-1杯
Ingredients:
Canned chickpea 240g, celery 60g, carrot 60g,
apple 60g, onion 60g, vegan mayonnaise 2tbsp
mustard 1tsp, lemon juice 1tbsp
chickpea liquid ¼cup, sea salt ¼tsp, mustard ¼tsp,
apple cider vinegar 1½tsp, maple syrup 1-3tsp
Sunflower oil ¾-1cup

Chickpea Tuna “Chuna” Salad Canned chickpea 240g Celery 60g Carrot 60g Apple 60g Onion 60g Chickpea liquid ¼ cup Sea salt ¼ teaspoon, mustard ¼ teaspoon Apple cider vinegar 1½ teaspoon, maple syrup 1-3 teaspoons Sunflower oil ¾-1 cup Blend with an immersion blender on high speed Slowly dripping the sunflower oil into it

Move the immersion blender up and down The texture will become creamy, thick and dense Vegan mayonnaise Vegan mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Mustard 1 teaspoon, lemon juice 1 tablespoon Store leftovers vegan mayo in the fridge up to 2 weeks Heat over a high heat to 190°C Rice paper
