The absolute ONLY think I would recommend to make this dish better… debone the chicken
Its a tad pain to do on thighs but it really gets you closer to the spotless plat at the end since you can dig into the meat however which way you like without fear of breaking/eating a piece of bone!

I was never taught how to cook growing up so I resort to recipes and videos. This is by far the BEST recipe for fried chicken I’ve ever tried and it’s also the easiest. My boyfriend loved it too so I’m making it again tonight but with a side of mashed potatoes and corn.
