Today, I’m making quick lavash pastry pockets. You’ll need one package of lavash sheets, which I’ve cut into squares for convenience. For the filling, I’ve prepared 5 eggs, diced them finely, and added some salt. I’ve also included green onions and grated cheese, mixing them together. To assemble, take a piece of lavash, spread a bit of mayonnaise at the beginning of the sheet where you’ll place the filling, add the egg mixture, and fold it into a triangular shape. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet, beat 2 eggs with salt, and dip each pastry pocket in the egg mixture before frying them until they’re golden brown on both sides. These lavash pastry pockets are crispy on the outside and have a delicious filling, and they’re ready in just about 15-20 minutes. Perfect for a quick snack or even tomorrow’s breakfast. Enjoy!

7 eggs
Bunch of green onions
5.5 ounces of mozzarella cheese (150 grams)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Several lavash breads
Some mayonnaise
Cooking oil

Beat and whisk 2 eggs. Dip it into the egg and place it on the skillet. During cooking, cover it with a lid. Fry until golden brown on both sides, and it’s ready. It’s a great recipe for a quick breakfast snack!
