Directions:

1. Take your chicken cutlet and place it in a plastic bag. Using a meat mallet, pound it super thin.

2. Using two bowls, mix one with flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. The other, mix with eggs and heavy cream or milk.

3. Dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg, then back in the flour. Shake off excess and drop in your pan with melted butter.

4. Fully cut each cutlet and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Top with sauce and mozzarella. Toss under the broiler and remove once the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Flour an egg wash back in the flow with some Penny stay Tuned all right so the first thing that we’re going to start with is some regular allpurpose flour some salt some pepper garlic powder some um basil and some some dried basil and some dried oregano just going to mix that up nicely in this bowl we’re

Going to put a few eggs and some milk in there what we’re going to do is we’re going to pound the breadcrumb breadcrumbs we’re going to pound the um chicken cutlets nice and flat we’re going to dip them in the flour dip them in the egg back in the flour and then

We’re going to pan fry them we also have a pan going a pot going with uh some water for some penet as well we have here uh some mozzarella cheese it’s fresh um mozzarella from leui here in Connecticut uh love their cheese big big

Fan you’d love it too try it out if you see it stay tuned all right all right we’re pounding our meat here I like to pound my meat when it’s in a plastic bag some people do it in Saran wrap but it’s always good to protect your hands and your Mallet

From nasty germ spreading and bacteria spreading so when you pound it like I said I like to pound in a Ziploc all right we’ve got the penet going we’ve got some butter melting we have our first chicken cutlet here dipped it in the flour now we’re going to dip it in the

Egg mixture get it nice and coated now we’re going to let it drip and dip it back in the flour make sure it’s nice and covered both sides Lift It Off shake it off a little bit and drop it in the butter we’re going to

Let it cook a few minutes then flip it over we’re going to do that with the rest of the cutlets we’re going to flatten them out drop them in boom boom bing bing bang boom bada bing bada boom stay tuned all right so our first piece is out saued up

And um and mozzarella up second piece is out we’re using uh a homemade uh Rouse vodka sauce for this not homemade at all um but we’re using a uh Rouse vodka sauce right on top couple pieces of mozzarella bing bang got the next piece about to come out

Out follow the same steps all right all the pieces have been cooked throw it in the broiler let it get the cheese get nice golden brown and super melty and we are going to crush some all right we are out of the broiler looking good got the pasta plated up some Italian bread

Looking good all right let’s go in for the real deal hot H so good so good delicious
