LETTUCE WITH MIX SEEDS SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Lettuce leaves (Chopped) – 2 Medium Bowl
Cucumber (Chopped) – 1 Medium Bowl
Tomatoes (Chopped) – 1 Medium Bowl
Carrots (Shredded) – 1 Medium Bowl
Yellow Bell Pepper (Chopped) – 1 Medium Bowl
Green Olive – ¾ Cup
Mix Seeds (Pumpkin Seeds & Chia Seeds) – 1 tbsp of each
For Dressing:- Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 & ½ tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Preparation Method:-
Step 1-Preparation
Take a big bowl for mixing salad , add 2 Medium size bowl filled with Chopped Lettuce Leaves , 1 Medium bowl of Shredded Carrots , 1 Medium bowl of Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper , 1 Medium Bowl of chopped Tomatoes , 1 Medium Bowl of Chopped Cucumber , ¾ Cup of Green Olives , 1 tbsp Chia Seeds( Important Note –let the salad rest for at least 30 mins so the seed take up some of the juices in Salad or you can soak chia seeds in little water for 30 mins to get the fluffy texture of it ) , add 1 tbsp pumkin seeds , 1 tsp of Garlic Powder , 1 tsp of Black Pepper , ½ tsp of Salt , add 1 & ½ tbsp of lemon juice , 1 tbsp of Vinegar & 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil , Toss them all well and now it’s ready to enjoy your Lettuce Salad .
