So this is just tastys fudgy brownie recipe but instead of only white sugar it’s brown as well and it’s in grams
Should I preheat the oven first or just put it straight in
You are slim even tho u eat so much chocolates.
I brought a brownie mix and wanted to ask is brownies suppose to be a bit hard as in it will take long to come of my spoon if I lifted it because I followed the ingredients which was a litttle bit to do but it was weird and hard a bit bare in mind it contained chocolate chips in it so Idk oh wel now I’m going to see if it turned out nice I just put it in the oven 👍
Hi. I love all your recipes😍❤️but most of them call for "Plain Flour or All purpose flour" and where I stay we don't get that, in any store. Usually just Cake wheat Flour, self rising flour and so. So what can I do to substitute the plain flour?
Look nice
Instead of putting in fridge overnight is there an alternative option
Amazing! Short concise video to the point and delicious recipes! Such a great channel keep up the good work x
Omg I finally found you
Is the cocoa powder strictly necessary?
Ingredients:
170g melted butter
100g light brown sugar
150g caster sugar
2 large eggs
125g melted dark chocolate
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1tsp salt
100g dark chocolate chips
100g white chocolate chips
100g milk chocolate chips
1) Preheat your oven to 190°C/ Gas Mark 5/ 170°C (fan).
2) Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
3) Add the melted butter and both sugars to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
4) Add the eggs and whisk to form stiff peaks.
5) Add the melted dark chocolate and whisk it in.
6) Sift the plain flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mix and fold them in.
7) Add the dark, white, and milk chocolate chips and fold them in.
8) Scoop the mix into your baking tin and smooth it out.
9) Bake for 25-30 minutes.
10) Refrigerate overnight.
11) Enjoy!
I tried this and I don’t know how it is going to turn out😆
Hi, please can you specify the pan size ? Thank you 😌
Oh I'm Gonna make it
I make it
How much sugar do you added!!!😰
It was bussin
These brownies cane out amazing, and in such little baking time and effort. Would definitely recommend👌 Perfect for when you want to make an easy chocolatey treat!
Tips:
– If your mix isn't smooth and came out quite clumpy, just add about 1-2 tablespoons water and try mixing again. Works like a charm. (If you put in too much water, just add more of the dry ingredients)
– Granulated sugar also works if you don't have caster sugar 😊
– I made a yummy sauce to drizzle over the brownies, and you can, too! Here's how:
Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips along with 1/2 milk chocolate chips
Add 1 teaspoon of heavy whipping cream and mix
Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, mix, and drizzle atop your baked brownies.
I maked these brownies and they where so good!😍 it is my new favorite brownie now!💖
Looks delicious yummy easy

Great
Dont you use baking powder ?
Finally you make something yourself from scratch instead of mixing supermarket packed products. Well done! You’re getting there.
Would I be able to make these ahead and freeze them?
Can't Believe that I'm still your fan after 2 years
I must made these
I'd love to know what kind of grease proof paper (parchment paper) you are using. It looks like a reusable cover? Great video, btw😊
