First
yeast 7g
in Lukewarm water 250 ml
with
sugar 15g
Flour 3tbsp
to prepare the yeast
15 min Rest
Ingredients dough
Add oil 30g
Sugar 50g
Add 3 egg
Salt 5g
Flour( All purpose flour)500_550 g(start low,add more if needed)
Combine all together

Knead by hand for 5_7 minutes
Grease the bowl with oil
Put the dough in bowl
Rest 60_90 minutes
Punch out gas

spread dough
Divide the dough into 3 parts
Round like a ball
Cover for 15 minutes
After rest
Spread well
Roll dough
Braided rolls and shape dough
Put the roll in oven tray
Cover for 30_40 minute
After rest
Brush with milk

Bake 30 minutes
18o °c
Or until they become nice
and golden brown color
