We all know how to make a grilled cheese, but if you aren’t crisping yours up by slathering on the mayo, cutting it into bite-sized pieces and then floating them in a bowl of ‘mater soup, you might just be doing it wrong.

Oh, and please don’t @ me about the cheese melt.
They were out of the good stuff, so I had to use a generic American cheese – which really makes quite the difference.

Whee!

I was going to share all things Hawaii this week thinking we could all use a bit of a vacation after the holiday but let’s be honest I’m too dang tired for that today so instead we’re taking it back to a classic because I think we could all just use a fun little snack

And a nap
