323rd video recipe of my cooking and food review channel series on YouTube and the Internet, Cindys Home Kitchen. In this video recipe, I cook up some Manhattan Clam Chowder for me and my son Michael for lunch time. This Manhattan Clan Chowder Recipe is perfect for the cold winter weather outside. Add olive oil to pot and add onions until soft. Add red pepper flakes, carrots, celery and red pepper. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add chopped bacon, real garlic, Italian seasonings, celery salt, bay leaves, crushed tomatoes, clam juice, sweet potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover the pot for 35 to 40 minutes until potatoes are soft. Lastly, add clams and corn to the mix, simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat. Garnish with fresh parsley. Ingredients Here

1) 5 slices of bacon
2) 5 cans of baby clams with juice
3) 2 bay leaves
4) 3 sliced carrots
5) 3 celery sticks
6) 2 cups of frozen corn
7) 1 LB of sweet potatoes
8) 1/4 cup of parsley
9) 1 red bell pepper
10) hot sauce
11) salt
12) black pepper
13) celery salt
14) Italian seasonings
15) red pepper flakes
16) olive oil
17) 1 medium yellow onion
18) shrimp bullion
19) canned diced tomatoes

Another episode of Cindy’s kitchen I’m Cindy hey this is a finger that I just caught it was I was prepping some food to make a Manhattan clam chowder for you guys and for me because I haven’t had in a long time and I shopped like the top

Clam chowder and as you can see this is a pan with olive oil and this is one yellow onion that I cut up so I’m gonna put it in there unless you think it’s already come out like right cookie oh yeah cooks I want to tell you guys what

My huh Manhattan clam chowder is gonna consist of this is olive oil so I put three tablespoons of olive oil in my gun barrel and then I put in one small yellow onion and as you can see I’m gonna smell it if you get closer it’s

Starting to you can smell that Wow look at that everybody smelling does I’m gonna be making it on like like more like what are you doing Michael what I’m gonna do is what I have here is two carrots have a red pepper cut up and three celery stalks cut off a not do

This like this and then when dust starts getting a little bit like dizzy I’m gonna put all this stuff in which is almost going in when I used to live in New York I used to use this all the time let me tell you so anyways so now what

We’re gonna do we’re gonna put about a half a red pepper two carriers that I sliced up and three celery stalks starting here we’re gonna add it up to that yellow onion that is cooking and three tablespoons of olive oil Byam that’s right whatever you’re using to make you wanna Before we thought I was gonna go in is I took five Jesus of bacon and I fried him this morning put him in same token and then tilt and caught him while was caught in it that’s when I went and cut my finger I think Michaels we have it in

Season it with salt pepper and with some celery sorry saliency settings and crushed red peppers and then here I have a little bit of garlic cause I’m gonna be putting it in there right now in my celery what’s going on right now there I’m gonna take my bacon like I told you

Guys to get right there Mike that’s right and we’re gonna put that meat okay now we have to move it a little bit because I need flavor so what I’m going to do this is oil where I cook the bacon this morning but I’m gonna take just like a little

Bit from the top like that you don’t have to do this the only reason I’m doing this is so I can moisture the bottom because instead of putting olive oil which is extra virgin the olive oil that I need some that I’m just gonna put

A little bit on the side of the paper so anyway fabulous so that’s going on right now and you can see the smoke coming up but I’m gonna tell you if I can let your like tasty aroma now this is a chicken bouillon a shrimp boil you yeah

A shrimp olia which is like seafood but this only has very salt that it means to throw this on the ocean side so that’s the water that it’s gonna go in there for that so I’m gonna take well that out like that and then I am going

To add in there some red pepper flakes you so you know the Manhattan clam chowder does me so that’s like that cake – exactly so you can put as much as you want or as late OS you want you know you’re the one that calls the shot and

This is some Italian seasoning which consists of basil and rosemary thyme so that’s all those seasonings there that’s right now is this celery salt I have celery in there but I’m just gonna put a little bit I shake it like that on the top to bring to us where we

Want to go and this is two bay leaves you just put them there for flavor it gives it a nerve hey earthy kind of flavor yeah an earthy kind of flavor for the player I have some kind of tomatoes all right so I say we put half the can Mike oh yeah know
