Hi guys it’s Lana let’s make some Greek style lemon potatoes with crumbled feta first things first let’s prep out potatoes I have about two to 2 and 1 12 lbs of potatoes they’ve already been washed we’re just going to slice our potatoes in half and then slice each

Half and half to create your potato wedges there you go just like that so add those to the bowl and to that we’re going to add in 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil of your choice 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper we’re

Going to give all of that a good mix until it’s well combined and the potatoes are coated in that oil and that salt and that pepper all right so once our potatoes are coated we’re going to transfer our potatoes to a parchment lime baking sheet and my oven is preheated to

375° so we’re just going to try to arrange those in a single layer as much as possible if they’re not perfect it’s okay just spread them out as much as you can look looking good let’s pop those in the oven 35 to 45 minutes all right so

When your potatoes are just about done we’re going to make our lemon garlic herb paste so we’re going to zest our lemon using my microp plan and once my lemon is zested we’re going to add that lemon zest to a bowl I’m going to use my garlic press just to

Mint up four cloves of garlic you can also mint it by hand with your knife toally up to you and just scrape that garlic off and then once our Garlic’s in the bowl we’re going to add in two teaspoons of dried parsley one teaspoon of dry oregano and

Then I Juiced my lemons we’re going to add in 2 tbspoon of that lemon juice you can also add a little bit more if you want a little bit more lemony to that we’re going to add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbspoon of melted

Butter we’re going to give all of that a good mix until it’s well combined and if your mixture starts to solidify because of the butter before you’re ready just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to loosen it back up this looks

So good there it is set it to the side all right we’re going to test our potatoes for denness they’re nice and soft and then I’m just going to use my tongs just to loosen up the potatoes some of them may stick a little bit it’s okay just be

Gentle and then we’re going to start to toss our potatoes in that lemon garlic herb paste all right so let’s add our potatoes to the Bowl you don’t have to add them all at one time just add as many as you can and we’re going to gently toss with our spoon once your

Potatoes are coated just transfer them right back to that parchment line baking sheet all right so the ones that could not fit let’s go and add those to the bowl of course we want to give them a good toss and they’re going right back on that baking sheet this smells Divine

Already all right so once our potatoes are tossed in that lemon paste we’re going to sprinkle a little bit more salt on top and pop them back in the oven for about 3 to 5 minutes and once they come out they look like this almost the same as when they

Went in so we’re going to start to put our potatoes onto our serving platter however you want to serve them is fine I like to stack them a little bit High it just looks dramatic we have some crumbled feta cheese and we’re just going to sprinkle that feta cheese right

On top of those potatoes and then after my feta cheese is on I like to sprinkle a little bit of extra dry parsley right on top and they are ready to serve these look so good and of course we have to get a closeup of our potatoes and look how good they look

Hopefully you all give this recipe a try and I’ll talk to you later bye guys
