Written recipe for Aglio olio spaghetti

Prep time – 10 mins
Cook time –10 to 12 mins
Serves – 2

Ingredients:
– Water – 1 liter
– Spaghetti – 250 grams
– Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
– Garlic (finely chopped) – 6 to 7 nos.
– Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
– Parsley 1.5 tsp
– Parmesan cheese – for garnishing
Method:
– In a pan, add water and bring to a boil.
– Add spaghetti, oil and salt; make sure to gently put all spaghetti dipped in water.
– Once boiled, stain the excess water from spaghetti and keep them aside.
– In a wok add olive oil, garlic, red chili flakes, parsley and spaghetti; stir well with the help of tong making sure that spaghetti does not break into small pieces.
– Add half cup of excess water drained from boiled spaghetti; cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
– Garnish well with parmesan cheese and chili flakes.
– Serve hot.
