    I want a top shot to see what it would look like on the table before me.

    I love the colors, and it sounds delicious.
    Your yogurt swoop is a bit too strung out, and it appears you ran it down both sides of the plant-based meat. And I would prefer it only on one side.

    The potato puree also seems a bit splattered onto the plate, and I would like to see it gathered/composed instead of dragged as it is part of the course and not a sauce.
    Overall, very nice start.

    I’m gonna be honest but as kind as I can. It kinda looks like a dog turd. I think a different form factor would help with the puree under and the sauce on top.

  4. Talk to me about sage smoking. You use a gun or what’s up? I love smoking food and I *love* sage so I’m at the edge of my seat

    Not really a lot to go by with this picture but it doesn’t look like much is happening – Looks like the main component of the dish is missing
