Oven Roasted Chicken Drumsticks (Baked Chicken Drumsticks) are quick, easy and delicious to prepare. This is how I prefer mine.

INGREDIENTS LIST:
2kg chicken drumsticks
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons vegeta
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Chopped coriander for garnish

Transfer the chicken onto the Rack in a single layer to get the best results avoid overlapping the Chicken use a baking dish which is large enough to place the chicken in one layer if you do this the chicken will cook Evenly I place the chicken in the oven at 180° for 30 to 45 minutes flip the chicken halfway through to cook the other side for crispy skin increase the heat to 200° for the last 5 minutes the chicken is now cooked to Perfection and the aroma in the k kitchen is so

Good these drumsticks are on the smaller side so I did not flip the chicken I baked them for 45 minutes and did not increase the heat at the end allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving look at this beautiful gold and finish the chicken was super Juicy and
