Got Tomatoes lime onion to make a really nice Pico deallo with some cilantro or coriander uh we’ve got cheese we’re going full TCH meel and doing seasoning cuz it’s just easier and tastes better um and then we’ve got flour for homemade tortillas um and then we’ve got our

Delicious beef from macro and kilo I hope zy enough for the boy oh yeah how much was our 1 kilo beef 396 spot so that’s like oh that’s expensive expensive $16 Canadian that’s like $12 us okay all right so what the first step first step

Mexico so there’s lots of Mexicans that live in Texas but then the Americans took the food and kind of made it their own style their own style to make like to like like the taste okay yeah yeah more fatty this is like not originals not original this one

Original um tortilla original but like how you build the burrito is more texme style this cheese TexMex style because in Mexico they have their own type of cheese and actually in Mexico they don’t do the sour cream they have a Crema oh but this tastes like sour cream or not

It’s like similar but the crema the flavors butter milk I think yeah so CR butter milk and egg no the crema is just like heavy cream left at room temperature for like 1 week and and then you add vinegar and stuff or I can’t remember maybe not but anyways it has to

Sit at room temperature to make it and the flavor is like so wow I want to go to Mexican cuz I feel like I would like Mexican you would like cuz I always say like Mexican flavors are very similar to Thai where you have like sour sour um

Salty balance flavor and you guys use a lot of the same ingredients that’s why so easy to make in Thailand like lots of tomatoes lots of cilantro lots of lime same as Thai food and how long you going to you need to massage the tortilla so we’re just going

If you’re in Thailand chicken Boolean is a little bit expensive compared to this this is this one is like L is a seasoning the pork seasoning or chicken seasoning yeah to have all the all them herbs is already in there with the meat so it’s like a block Brock powder yeah

Yeah but like the flavor is very similar to Boolean cuz boolean’s basically like chicken MSG in the west so now I just use this one same same and I’ve got four cups of water here so I’m just going to add a scoop of that mix it around how

Girl and that is all that’s all then we just turn on the rice cooker and cook cook so we are rolling out our tortilla so the goal is to make it as thin as possible without obviously breaking the dough and big as possible yeah as big as

Possible we don’t have a rolling pants we’re using a bottle di why in this kitchen yeah but it works so well actually I actually prefer this for the tortillas over a rolling pin because it doesn’t stick or anything cuz a lot of I think in Thailand you use a lot of wood
