Ingredients

For Sriracha Dressing
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 Cup Sour cream
1 Tbsp. dry ranch seasoning
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

For Chicken Wraps
8 count 8″ flour tortillas
2 Cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup minced cilantro
8 – 10 count Chicken tenderloins
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt

Instructions
For Sriracha Dressing
Add all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Mix well.

For Chicken Wraps
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
Mix salt and paprika together and sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Internal temp should reach 165 degrees F.
Allow chicken to cool before cutting into small chunks.
Place a handful of chicken on each flour tortilla, top chicken with sriracha dressing, cheese, and cilantro; wrap tightly.
Grill for one minute on each side.
Serve hot with your choice of side.
