Single bone prime rib roast. 4 hrs at 56c (133f). 30 min cold water immersion. 3 min/side over very hot charcoal. Best piece of meat I’ve eber cooked.

    you had charcoal. Decided to wrap in plastic, submerge in hot water for 4 hours. Then dip into cold water. WTF.

    Just get charcoal on 1 side of grill. Sear, then sear. Move to side without charcoal, put lid on. take off at 120F.

    You all plastic hot water people are disgusting. You probably like hot dog flavored water as stock.

    Op does not even know a steak from a roast.

    You had coals and chose hot water, you are everything wrong with this world. 4 hours fuck off.
