1 tbsp sugar [12 grams]
1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted) [60 ml]

✔️Cheesecake
1 block cream cheese [225 grams]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
1/2 tsp vanilla extract [2.5 ml]
1 cup all purpose cream / heavy cream [250 ml]
*blueberry sauce (in can) for topping

* Cake pan size: 7 inch

  2. Love it, no bake cheesecake is the only way I make mine. I even use muffin tins with the paper cups to make up individuals for my husband to take to work from time to time and that way you can change up the toppings if you like and even do some plain.
    For those wondering what "all purpose cream" is in the USA is heavy cream and in the UK it's double cream.
    These do hold shape very well in my experience and taste amazing.
