Smooth and Creamy LECHE FLAN is a Filipino famous dessert that is essentially a caramel custard consisting of milk, sugar, and eggs, with the addition of vanilla flavoring. Traditionally, it’s oval-shaped due to the use of tin molds called llaneras.We usually serve it on different special occasions, like Christmas and the New Year.

SMOOTH AND CREAMY LECHE FLAN RECIPE
Ingredients
377g Alaska Condensed Milk
370ml Alpine Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Lemon Essence
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
8 tbsp. Sugar (make 2 tbsp.per llanera)

Note: Set flame in a very very low heat upon steaming to make our flan smooth and creamy.
