Ingredients:
1 large potato
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 green onion
Chili pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Sesame seeds to taste
Instructions:
Peel and grate the potatoes.
Strain the grated potatoes, pressing out excess liquid (keep the liquid).
Let the liquid stand for 10 minutes, allowing starch to settle.
Discard water, keeping the starch.
Mix potatoes with the starch, adding salt as needed.
Fry in hot oil until each side is golden and crispy.
Serve with our special sauce.
To Make the Sauce:
Combine green onions, chili pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sugar.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Place the grated potatoes in a strainer and press out as much liquid as possible. Do not discard the liquid.
Allow the liquid to sit for 10 minutes so the starch settles at the bottom.
After the starch has settled, pour off the water from the surface.
Return the potatoes to a bowl and mix thoroughly with the settled starch, then add salt to your liking.
Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides of the potato pancake until golden brown and crispy. Serve with the special sauce for this dish.

To Make the Sauce:
Mix chopped green onions, chopped chili pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sugar.
