this may not be the ocky way but it sure tastes good. on a seeded homemade sourdough loaf it hits the spot. good bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, perfect combo. all my new yorkers know. lemme getttttt…. yea just go to your local bodega and get a benc” and pet the cat!!!
