Would you have this Oat milk if it contains oil ? Are there any that don’t?

I think all oat milks have oil in them.

And please stop with the “oil is bad/addictive” nonsense.
The tiny amount of oil in that isn’t going to make any difference whatsoever to you.

Yes, there are. Califia and Elmhurst are two examples of brands than make it. Oat is generally on the thinner side, the oil helps with body and with foaming. Califia adds pea protein instead of oil for the same purpose.

Oats have oil in them naturally. I wouldn’t worry about it.

I wouldn’t worry about this oil! (1) It’s such a small amount and (2) sunflower oil is super high in vitamin E and K so if anything it’s just a tiny bit of extra plant based vitamins for you!

I haven’t seen a milk that doesn’t contain added oil, but i wouldn’t worry about that if you’re not chugging whole box in one day.

  6. Oatly low fat has no added oil. Planet oat unsweetened vanilla also, last time I checked.

The product/brand “Oat Malk” only contains water, oats & salt. It’s very tasty (albeit pricey).
