I also like to call it my lazy girl lasagna because I grew up my mom’s Italian she made lasagna but never on a week night just because it is a little bit of a cumbersome thing to make but this is one of those lasagna that you

Can put Allin one Skillet and even my friends that don’t like to cook make this all the time so it’s literally done in one Skillet right here you can smell the onion and the garlic that’s what we’re smelling right now and then you’re just going to add um I have two types of

Meat I do a little bit of a combination of ground beef and then some Italian sausage you could go spicy Italian sausage or you could go mild depending on your pettes at home and you just kind of brown that up and break it up that’s step one drain off the meat which is

I just throw that in and then I also use you could use homemade if you’d like but a bottle of store bought pesto works really great in this recipe it’s going to add that herbaceous flavor and make it feel like it’s super Gourmet without you having to do much so we’re also

So you just put it right in just like you just literally pour it right on in and you’re just going to kind of fold it into there which seems silly you know the reason that this inspired me because I grew up on Hamburger Helper and my mom sometimes made

So it originally kind of started off to be like that and then when I popped in the oven and baked it and it was good lay layer this this is a h this is a gourmet Skillet Hamburger Helper situation so you just kind of flatten it

Back down just like this and you can see that’s what we have here that’s the finished product over there right making it B we trying to get you just make it a little bit Bouie by adding some mozzarella some dollops of pesto in there and then we pop in the oven I’m

Just going to cover it with some foil and then again to make it a little bougie and look a little pretty little rasle dazzle razzled dazzle it make it shiny no one will know that you did all smarter not harder you’ve been working all day on this lasagna just like my mom
