This is a “just add fat and protein to tide me over” meal. Nothing fancy. And definitely not pretty.

    -5oz ground 80/20 beef (sprinkled with dried onion whilst cooking.
    -1 farm egg
    -1/2 small avocado
    -2 pepper jack slices melted-in
    -1 full stomach before the fast
