Way to go …;). Dr. Awesome, thank you for all these amazing videos and resources you create and all you teach us. God bless both of you….! Oh, by the way, Charlie is absolutely adorable….!

  2. could you do this with any berry? can you replace the husk with chia? it has the same water absorbing effect no?

  3. Sounds great! So are raspberries legal on the low insulin plan? Does the psyllium husk help keep the carb absorption low?

  4. My grandmother used to make jelly. Instead of the fruit she would boil the peels with sugar. When it was ready she would remove the peels. For jam she would boil the fruit with sugar.

  5. I made this and it turned out really thick. I did add 3 Tablespoons of psyllium husk powder. Any ideas? Thanks

  6. 3 Tbsp of psyllium husk and 1/2 cup of water? Seriously???? Have you ever try this recipe? You can’t even cut it with knife. 👎👎👎

  7. Something is seriously wrong with this recipe. Likeit is mentioned in two other comments, this became very thick, more like a dough. Don't try this recipe.

  8. I would put it in my mixer for a minute to be smoother 🤗 how long is its shelf life?

  9. I made some like this today. Are use raspberry and blueberry and blackberry but instead of psyllium husk are used to Chia seeds. Psyllium husk is a good idea, I never thought of that. I’ve been on keto for a couple months and really haven’t gotten into making any bread or anything like that but today I finally made waffles and was kind of surprised how good it came out.

I want to try it next time we just blueberries or maybe strain the little wooden pieces out of the raspberries can I I’ll try it with the psyllium husk next time, that looks pretty good.
