An amazing combination of flavour from cajun, garlic and butter, you have to try it!

INGREDIENTS:

CAJUN SEASONING:
– 1/2 tsp salt ( adjust as needed )
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
– 1 tsp parsley flakes
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ( add more if you want more spicy )
– 1 tsp dried thyme or oregano

– 1 pack baby potatoes, boiled
– 2 pieces sweetcorn , boiled
– 3 pieces sausage
– 4- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
– 1bulb head, peeled and crushed
– 2 tbsp brown sugar ( adjust as needed )
– 3/4 kg shrimp
– 1 can sprite or 7up, just add 3/4 can
